After taking over a prime retail unit in Canterbury High St, we were the appointed contractors to refurbish the lightning and power systems throughout the premises. As part of the refurbishment we carried out an Electrical Installation Condition Report for the fixed wiring, Fire Alarm and Emergency Light Testing and Appliance Testing (PAT Testing).

We also installed additional power points throughout the main retail area, cleaned and replaced lamps in all of the existing light fittings and carried out repairs to or replaced fittings that did not work.

Completing this job ahead of schedule has led onto further work throughout their organisation.

After moving to new headquarters near the coast in Kent, we were instructed to fit out new offices with power, lighting & data, install open area space heating in a large main warehouse and install a new hot water system to serve staff kitchen & W/C’s.
